ANDROZENE ONLINE TERMS and CONDITIONS and PURCHASE POLICY

Each person is different, and the way you react to a particular product may be significantly different from the way other people react to such product.
WARNING: If you have any medical condition or are currently taking medications or dietary supplements, consult with your physician before using. Do not exceed recommended dosage unless directed by your physician.
Payment Methods and Billing
If you wish to purchase Products at the Site, you must provide valid credit or debit card information on the Site's order form. We currently accept the following credit or debit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER. By submitting such credit or debit card information, you give Androzene permission to charge your purchases to the card that you authorize to be used on the date you provide Androzene with the information.
PLEASE NOTE: your billing statement will read "Androzene"
We reserve the right to cancel any order, at any time and for any reason. If your credit or debit card has already been charged and your order is cancelled, you shall receive a credit to your card account in the amount of the charge. We will not be responsible (i) for any charges that your card issuer may apply to you as a result of our processing your order; or (ii) if your card issuer refuses or fails to authorize payment by you.
Guarantee and Return Policy
Your product purchase comes with a thirty (30) or ninety (90) day money back satisfaction guarantee that starts upon delivery of the shipment of your product. PLEASE NOTE: If you have purchased one bottle (30-day supply) of our product, you have a thirty (30) day guarantee, and if you have purchased three or more bottles (90-day supply or more), you have a ninety (90) day guarantee.
IF YOU WISH TO RETURN THE PRODUCT, YOU MUST FOLLOW ALL OF THE STEPS BELOW TO RECEIVE A CREDIT ON YOUR ACCOUNT.
- You MUST call the Customer Satisfaction Department at the number provided below or the number provided with your order and ask for a Return Authorization (RA) number within the appropriate period of time allotted with your order to receive a refund.
- You MUST return all bottles included in your purchase within ten (10) days of the RA issuance to receive your refund. (Please note #5).
- Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.
- All Returns and Refused packages are subject to a $10 restocking fee.
- Please return all sealed items AND all opened items, including empty bottles in their original containers for which you are requesting refunds. You will only be refunded for bottles returned. If you purchased more than 3 bottles, you will only be refunded for sealed bottles beyond the 3 empty bottles returned.
- DO NOT return any items without an RA number. Write this RA number on the outside of your package so we can properly refund you. Sending a package back without an RA number will result in a delayed or denied refund.
- Please return your item with a copy of the original invoice and include your reason for returning.
- We recommend using FedEx, UPS or insured mail to ensure your package is received by us. DO NOT REFUSE YOUR PACKAGE! Refused packages significantly delay refunds and are often lost in transit.
IMPORTANT! We are not responsible for returns that never arrive at our facility. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
One or more of the products your purchase may be on our Monthly Replenishment Program, which qualifies you for substantial savings. Your invoice will clearly indicate if you have agreed to participate in the Monthly Replenishment Program.
Within 30 or 90 days (depending on the program that you ordered) your credit card (or checking account) will be charged and your next order will be automatically shipped to you.

Please remember that once we have shipped product to you, we can only cancel future shipments and cannot refund any charges (unless the product is returned per our Return Policy above). Again, Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.
Shipping and Delivery
Androzene, in conjunction with our service providers, will attempt to deliver a product within 3-4 weeks of an order being placed. If you have chosen the option of Priority Processing, then your order is guaranteed to arrive within 5-7 business days. Our service providers do not telephone prior to delivering packages, and we cannot guarantee the time of day for delivery.
While Androzene may make reasonable attempts to ensure that you receive you product, Androzene is not responsible for:
- Product delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.
- Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender.
- Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.
OUR SOLE MAXIMUM LIABILITY WILL NOT BE MORE THAN TO REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE OR TO REPLACE AND DELIVER EQUIVALENT PRODUCT ITEMS, AS APPROPRIATE, AS SOON AS REASONABLY POSSIBLE. THE APPLICABLE GUARANTEE MUST BE BROUGHT WITHIN THE ALLOTTED TIME SUPPLIED DEPENDING ON THE PACKAGE OF PRODUCT YOU HAVE PURCHASED AFTER DELIVERY OR WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE AND YOU WILL HAVE WAIVED ANY AND ALL RELATED CLAIMS.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN OR PROVIDED FOR IN WRITING IN THE PACKAGE YOU RECEIVE, WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL REPRESENTATIONS, GUARANTEES, WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS SOLD, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. You may have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
Limitation of Liability
YOU AGREE THAT, EXCEPT AS EXPLICITLY SET FORTH HEREIN, HEALTH CLUB DIET, LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES RELATED TO PRODUCTS SOLD OR THE OPERATION, CONTENT OR USE OF OUR SITES. YOU AGREE THAT THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS COMPREHENSIVE AND APPLIES TO ALL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DIRECT, INDIRECT, COMPENSATORY, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT OR TORT, RELATED TO OUR PRODUCTS OR YOUR ACCESS TO, AND USE OF, OUR SITE OR ANY OTHER HYPER-LINKED THIRD PARTY WEB SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF, OR ARE AWARE OF, THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.
Limits on Products Sold and Products for Resale
Androzene reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, the same credit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. Androzene also reserves the right to prohibit sales to dealers.
Unless otherwise specified, all materials appearing on our Site, including the text, site design, graphics, logos, icons and images, as well as the selection, assembly and arrangement thereof, are the sole property of HEALTH CLUB DIET, LLC© 2012 ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. All audio and video clips are the sole property of HEALTH CLUB DIET, LLC or have been licensed to HEALTH CLUB DIET, LLC and are the sole property of their respective licensors. The content and software on our Site is the property of HEALTH CLUB DIET, LLC and/or its suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You may view, download, print and retain a copy of pages of any of our Site only for your own personal use. In order to maintain the value of these marks, it is important that they are used correctly.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If your order is cancelled after your credit or debit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your card in the amount of the charge. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include but are not limited to; limitations on quantities available for purchase; inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information; product or ingredient restrictions mandated by local, state, national or international regulations; or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance group.
We welcome all comments, feedback, information, or materials ("Feedback"), which you submit to us by email or otherwise through or in conjunction with any one of our Sites. Please note that Feedback shall be considered nonconfidential and become the property of Healt Club Diet, LLC. By submitting Feedback to us, you agree to a no charge assignment to us of all right, title and interest in copyrights and other intellectual property rights on a worldwide basis to the Feedback. We shall be free to use Feedback on an unrestricted basis.
You must be 18 years or older and have a valid credit card, with full authority to use it, to submit an order through any our Site. You agree not to use our Site or any content contained in it for any illegal or inappropriate activities.
You agree that any legal action brought against us shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on any one of our Sites shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts. We make no representations that the content in our Site is appropriate for access outside the United States. Those who choose to access our Site from outside the United States do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. If any provision within the Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and all remaining provisions shall be enforced.
If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall nevertheless continue in full force and effect.
